Cancellation conditions
The change or cancellation of the order of services is announced by customer to the ITA division in written form. ITA division will confirm the cancellation and send back.
Accommodation services
- in the case of individuals
- at the latest 24 hours before announced day of arrival
- in the case of groups (10 persons and more)
- at the latest 21 days before the announced day of arrival
- Customer will pay 50% of the price of ordered accommodation in case it makes cancellation within the term from 20 to 6 days, inclusive, before the announced day of arrival.
- Customer will pay 100% of the price of ordered accommodation in case it makes cancellation within the term shorter than 6 days before the announced day of arrival.
- In case of non-performed cancellation the cancellation fees will be applied at the full amount of ordered accommodation services.
Boarding
- in the case of individuals
- at the latest 3 days before ordered services
- Customer will pay 50% of the price of ordered services in case it makes cancellation within the term from 2 to 0 days before start of events.
- in the case of groups (10 persons and more)
- at the latest 7 days before ordered services
- Customer will pay 50% of the price of ordered services in case it makes cancellation within the term from 6 to 3 days before start of events.
- Customer will pay 100% of the price of ordered services in case it makes cancellation within the term from 3 to 0 days before start of events.
- In case of non-performed cancellation the cancellation fees will be applied at the full amount of ordered services.
Lease of meeting rooms, technical equipment and complementary services
- at the latest 7 days before ordered services
- Customer will pay 50% of the price of ordered services in case it makes cancellation within the term from 6 to 3 days before start of events.
- Customer will pay 100% of the price of ordered services in case it makes cancellation within the term from 3 to 0 days before start of events.
- In case of non-performed cancellation the cancellation fees will be applied at the full amount of ordered services.
In case of non-arrival or cancellation due to force major both Parties bear the loss each by its own part. In case of non-observance and non-provision of services within the extent of the order confirmed by the Hotel due to force major both Parties bear the loss each by its own part.
Cancellation fees according to this article are charged by the Hotel to customer only in case that customer does not accomplish at the Hotel substitute drawing of hotel services within the same, possibly higher extent, in the term concerned or in another term above the framework of its own capacity after an approval by the Hotel.
